Blue Moon is an accredited GLOBALG.A.P. Registered Training Organization, certified to deliver training across the full IFA V.6 standard suite — including GLOBALG.A.P. SMART for producers beginning their certification journey and the Global Food Safety Standard (GFS) for more advanced producers seeking a higher level of assurance. We are also qualified to consult on GRASP (GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice) and to support producers in developing compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS).

As a BRCGS Approved Training Provider, Manal Saleh is certified to deliver training across the BRCGS Food Safety and BRCGS Ethical Trade & Responsible Sourcing standards. BRCGS is a globally recognized framework for managing product safety, integrity, legality, and quality across the food manufacturing, processing, and packing industry. Our training programs equip Egyptian suppliers and producers with the knowledge and practical tools needed to achieve and maintain BRCGS certification — meeting the stringent requirements of international retailers and global supply chains.
